After you have selected desired product you can order from our website by following the online 2-step ordering process. Once the checkout is completed, you will receive two emails from us:
PAYMENT RECIEVED /After we receive your payment, you will receive an email of confirmation from us along with the manufacturing time if the item is out of stock.
SHIPMENT / Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email of notification from us including your tracking number and courier details.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
After your payment is received please allow us 14 -21 working days for manufacturing time before the product is completed and ready to be shipped. All the shoes are handmade with accuracy.
21 days is the maximum handcrafting time. We will try our best to dispatch the item from our warehouse at the same day when the product is completed even if it is earlier than 14-21 working days.
Worldwide: Shipping by EMS (Express Mail). After receiving the confirmation email about the payment you made the product (if it is in stock) will be shipped straight to your delivery address (price for European Union countries: 15 EUR, countries outside Europe Union: 25 EUR). Delivery time may vary from 2 - 30 working days from the time we ship the item depending on the location. Courier company will contact you to confirm delivery time.
If your order is being delivered outside of the EU you will be charged a customs and import fee if is applied in the country of your residence. This will come in the form of a separate bill from the courier company. These are your responsibility to pay where they apply and we have no influence over this.
Latvia: Shipping by EMS (Express Mail). After the confirmation email for payment you had made, the item (if it is in stock) will be delivered in 3-5 working days straight to your delivery address. Courier company will contact you to confirm delivery time (price: 5 EUR).
Due to the handmade nature of our products, please note that every item is unique and there will be slight variances in finish from pair to pair.
Returns must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Exchange request outside of the 7 day window may be accepted at our discretion.
Return must not be worn or altered in any way.
All returns should be sent back to us in their original SAZ packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the box is protected and returns in its original condition, without postal labels. Ideally ship back in the same outer package received in.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer
HOWTO RETURN/ EXCHANGE AN ITEM
- Please email for a Returns Label within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Please Fill out the Exchange Application Form enclosed in your package and
include it in the parcel along with commercial invoice, also write
the reason you are returning it in comments, and what you would like

Your package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for the merchandise that gets lost or damaged in transit back to us.
If the value of the new item exceeds your current order, we will send you new invoice to cover full price via e-mail and will proceed the exchange after the receiving exceeded amount.
If the value of the new item is lower of your current order, we will return the balance back to the account shown in your order form.
Please allow 14 business days from the time we receive your return for your Exchange Form to be processed and the exchange item is completed and ready to be shipped. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email of notification from us including your tracking number and courier details.
